Terms of use

These terms cover use of this website and app. If your company has a signed agreement with Lee Flannery Consulting LLC, that agreement governs the work and wins where it differs from these terms.

1. Access. Access is given to people a client names. Keep your sign-in link to yourself, and tell us if someone should no longer have access.
2. Your data stays yours. You own your company's data and what you connect. We use it only to provide the service to you. You can disconnect a source at any time, and we delete on request.
3. Reports are guidance. Reports and findings are our best read of the evidence we cite. They are not guarantees of results, and decisions based on them are yours.
4. Fair use. Do not try to reach another company's data, overload the service, or use it to break the law or anyone's terms of service.
5. Changes and ending. We may change or stop parts of the service. Either side can end access at any time, the signed agreement sets notice and fees where one exists.
6. Liability. For clients, liability is limited as set out in the signed engagement terms. Anyone else uses these pages as they are, without warranty.
